CustomFolder will let you easily change the icons individually for each folder (e.g. documents, programs, etc.). CustomFolder comes with a standard library of more than hundred high quality folder icons (in 256 colors), although you can select any other icon library or file. CustomFolder does not take ressources or memory from your computer, because it just activates a feature already contained in the Windows environnement!
