This ensures opportunities can be tracked from initial contact, through estimating into live jobs and through to completion and billing. Live jobs can be budgeted and planned with tasks allocated to individuals or teams. Actual costs incurred in completing the jobs are tracked via web browser (time, materials and expenses) and a full purchasing system is included in the client software. Links to all leading accounts systems ensure you can have both best of breed accounts and front office automation tools without the need for re-entry of information. Additional modules are available for CRM, Capacity Planning and Multi-Currency supported by a active ongoing development programme.
