T&E Enterprise ERP-GOV is designed to integrate all the major functions of an organization that sells services and products. Functions include: Contracts Administration, Timesheets, Payroll, Government Invoicing, Cash Receipts, Purchasing, Vendor Lists, Inventory, Customer Contact Management, Order Entry, Order Fulfillment, and Human Resources.
Optional web-based extensions include web timesheets for employees & subcontractors, managers dashboard, employee intranet, and on-line job posting/application.
ERP-GOV automates generation of T&M or Cost Plus invoices from employee timesheets and vendor payments. Customers are automatically invoiced for services, materials, and/or employee time charged to their contract. The software is compliant with FAR, CAS and DCAA audit requirments.
