ADVISOR Enterprise is a web based decision support tool to help organizations plan and manage training budgets and resources from a central location as well as identify ways to run training programs more effectively and economically.
With data from all courses residing in a central database, managers can (a) determine how much money and resources are required to run one or multiple training programs, (b) find out where the money is being spent (salaries, travel, etc.), (c) identify what worked and why, (d) detect problem areas, (e) assess the impact of alternate delivery options and potential risks, (f) evaluate build versus buy decisions, (g) evaluate the use of internal versus external resources, as well as (h) consider multiple what if scenarios.
