DecisionTools Suite is comprised of five products: TopRank, BestFit, RISKview, @RISK, and PrecisionTree. First, use TopRank to run a sensitivity analysis and determine the most influential inputs. Then, use BestFit and RISKView to assign probability distributions representing the range of uncertainty for each input which has a noticeable effect on the output. Next, use @RISK to run a Monte Carlo simulation to determine the likelihood of all the different outcomes. Lastly, you can construct a decision tree or influence diagram to determine which decision would be the most beneficial. @RISK and PrecisionTree can be used together such that one can run a Monte Carlo simulation on a decision tree. The price represents a bundled discount of over 30% off the retail prices of the individual packages.
