ProActive Process Improvement (PPI) is an innovative technology for reducing cost, improving process yield and process quality. PPI utilizes on-line, factory floor data analysis to guide the Plant Control System (PCS) to improved operation. PPI provides an intelligent, model free system which sends the critical control variables on a systematic search for the best set of operating conditions. It performs this task in the face of the natural ongoing changes in the uncontrolled variables which impact on the output of the various stages
