EPMAC is an online web-based eProject Management and Collaboration System that can prevent costly mistakes due to lack of coordination between participating parties and facilitate the process of achieving results on time. EPMAC's customizable hierarchy based rights replicate organizational access/authorization rules. While, ability to create your own custom reports along with visual and analysis tools keep the management updated leading to informed decision making. Main features of EPMAC are as follows:
Project Information Management:
Project information is the starting point for any new contract. EPMAC enables you to input and manage critical information related to the project such as scope of work, start date, end date, total man-hours etc. Furthermore, RFP, proposal, and other project related documents/drawings may be uploaded.
Contact Management:
Create and maintain basic contact information on all parties that are participating in a certain project, i.e., client, contractor, sub-contractors, consultants, auditors etc. Additionally, create and maintain contact information for primary personnel (contact points) of participating organizations.
User Management:
Create users that would represent your organization within the project and specify respective availability dates, available man-hours etc. Add, edit, or remove users as per project requirements.
Team Planning and Management:

EPMAC enables the project management to create multiple teams, choose participating members for each team, define period of involvement, and specify allocated man-hours etc. Project teams are editable and so are the parameters for resource allocation.
Hiearchy Based Access/Authorization Controls:
