Innate Resource Manager works with a portfolio of tasks, either defined independently or from Microsoft Project. It is designed for project managers and resource pool managers in a matrix organisation or for team leaders in a fast changing environment.
A central resource server keeps up-to-date information on all the resource usage across all projects and non project work. The skills database can help you find the combination of skills you need for the dates you need. Alternatively, you can find out why the resources you want are unavailable and negotiate to reassign them.
