Project Vision is a tool to help companies manage projects and resources. It is an enterprise tool that is used to track every project that an organization has in process, not just the large ones. We make it easy to create projects, in a common database repository, and to consolidate all time and project information into an open database environment. Project Vision helps with scheduling, planning, tracking, budgeting, and reporting, and virtually every other aspect of managing projects through their lifecycle. It also provides excellent tools to assist in personnel management. The system is offered in optional functional modules, and supports client/server and browser based deployment:;Time Accounting: ;The module provides electronic timesheets to allow for tracking of time to projects. Weekly, daily and monthly forms are provided that can be used interchangeably.;Project Management: ;The module provides facilities for planning, scheduling and reporting on projects. It provides an integrated task scheduler, or can be used with MS Project or other desktop planning tools.;Project Accounting: ;The module helps manage all aspects of project accounting, including labor costing, materials tracking, software capitalization and amortization, and expense processing.;Human Resources Management: ;The module provides tools for tracking of HR time and requests. It also provides an integrated skills management system to help track employee skills and training needs.;Project Vision is highly configurable, and can be tailored to most organizations. As a company, we are also open to customization, either through creation of unique forms, or extensions to our base product.
