This Web timesheet system integrates with accounting systems, and its automated calculation of staff hours expedites payroll, invoicing and activity reporting.
Simple, Intuitive Web Timesheets
--------------------------------------
Users can create, submit, track and manage Web timesheets from any location, using an intuitive “In" and “Out” box system. On creation, timesheets automatically display leave and holidays. Using pick lists, users can charge time against projects, tasks and activities selected on an individual, group, department or organization wide basis, and they can even filter task selection by those actually assigned to them. Time Tracker.Net also offers a WBS tree view for selecting tasks to charge time against. Users can also charge time against help desk tickets created in Support Tracker.Net.
Time Tracker.Net can also be configured with an even simpler "Time In/Time Out" timesheet system, where the user simply enters the time they started working on a project or task, and when they finished. With either interface, users can also copy their last submitted Web timesheet into a new one with a click, saving them time in reporting repetitious work.
Automate and Streamline Workflow

Submitted Web timesheets are automatically routed through the approval process for review and approval. All document activity from creation to final processing is recorded in an activity log, creating a trail of responsibility with electronic signatures. These two features ensure that all Web timesheets that reach Accounting have been properly reviewed and legitimately approved. Administrators can also leverage timesheet dashboards for at-a-glance review and approval of multiple timesheets in the system.
Timesheets can still be edited and updated after processing by administrators with an Open for Edit function that maintains snapshots of all versions of the timesheet.
Flexible Timesheet Formats and Templates

Time Tracker.Net supports multiple Web based timesheet formats, including Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Semi-Monthly reporting. It also offers configurable timesheet rules as well as templates and validation profiles, with the ability to template pre-existing timesheets based on department profiles, configurable rows and columns, and rules for individuals, such as minimum/maximum hours worked and valid project codes. Time Tracker.Net offers an array of optional columns including Billable, Activity, Requester and Estimate Time to Completion, as well as re-namable and custom columns.
Improve Project Billing and Simplify Report Generation

Time Tracker.Net integrates with the other TrackerSuite.Net modules. In conjunction with Project Tracker.Net, Time Tracker.Net improves the accuracy of project billing. With Project Tracker.Net, it allows organizations to track time spent on support issues. Time Tracker.Net pushes data to the Tracker Data Warehouse, a Web reporting engine, which generates reports including Time Pies, Timesheet Compliance, Billable Hours and more.
