The STEPAR facility provides customizable reports of all ReliaTel managed device and alarm activity, including the time alarms occurred, who acknowledged alarms, and alarm descriptions. STEPAR reports enable users to track critical data such as 'mean time to repair', recurring problem statistics, and problem frequency.
Through STEPAR, the critical statistical data necessary to enhance telecommunications service levels is automatically gathered, formatted into easy-to-read reports, and rapidly delivered to authorized users via email, print, or web page.
