Offers generated with GENERIS QMS are based on the following data available: customer?s consumption history, different profiles, finished products and price lists. Analyzing, reporting and following up of offers is easy thanks to user-definable offer portfolios. GENERIS system supports several parallel portfolio hierarchies: offers can be analysed e.g. by retailer, campaign and customer type.
The versatile reporting system provides users with modern tools for supporting desicion-making. Reporting is based on information gathered from different sources: durations of contracts imported from customer information systems, market price estimates and other purchase price estimates imported from measurement databases, and contract, product and price information stored in GENERIS system form the initial data for offer generation.
GENERIS QMS pricing tool supplies users with enhanced features for offer pricing. Both purchase price and cover demands are taken into account by utilizing product data and energy estimate as initial data. The pricing tool is especially suitable for pricing offers for large-scale customers, where existing measurement data in time series format is utilized.
