UtilityExplorer can interface with your Fund Accounting System directly without using Third Party cashiering systems. It also tightly integrates with our own software packages including our OneStop online payment system which allows a customer to link multiple accounts to one login and pay for all linked accounts in one transaction. This linking also makes ACH transactions quicker and easier by consolidating all linked accounts into only one transaction.
UtilityExplorer can bill for an unlimited number of service types (Gas, Water, Sewer, Internet, etc) which gives you lots of room to grow.
