Prospects are automatically sorted to logical categories and custom Farm folders. Navigate to a Prospect's Contracts and or Forms from the Prospect's record. Send bulk email or mailmerge a letter to your Farms. Print multiple Records, Forms and Tools in one print session. The Print to File featue automatically creates a PDF document for Reports, Forms and Tools for sending as email attachments.
Servicers are automatically sorted to custom Service folders. Navigate to any Contracts or Forms the Servicer is assigned to right from the Servicer's record. Send an email or mail a letter to a Servicer right from their record. Print multiple Records, Forms and Tools in one print session. The Print to File featue automatically creates a PDF document for Reports, Forms and Tools for sending as email attachments.
Forms: Agent Referral - Buy vs Rent - Buyer Closing Costs - Buyer Questionnaire - Cost of Repairs - Gross Rent Multiplier - Mortgage Payment - Offer Net Comparison - Seller Net Proceeds - Seller Questionnaire. Prospect or Servicer information is automatically entered on any Form created for a Prospect or Servicer. Forms created for a Prospect or Servicer are automatically placed in the appropriate tab in the Prospect's or Servicer's record. The Print to File featue automatically creates a PDF document for Forms for sending as email attachments.
Listings: Manage Listing agreements and track listings through the marketing process with the Contracts Listings module. Appointments, listing dates and Income and Expenses entered in the listing are automatically sent to their respective modules. Create and print Custom listing Stipulations, and Terms. Once created they are available in the drop down list for future use. In one print session, print the Listing Summary Report, Marketing Update, Commission and Expenses, Agent Inspection, Seller Checklist, Listing Checklist and Transaction Checklist for your working folder. All Reports and Tools printed from the Listing contract automatically include the appropriate information entered in the Listing. The Print to File featue automatically creates a PDF document for Reports and Tools for sending as email attachments.
Sales: Manage Sales agreements and track sales through the escrow process with the Contracts Sales module. Appointments, contingency removal dates, Income and Expenses entered in the Sales Contract are automatically sent to their respective modules. Create and print Custom Stipulations, Costs, Contingencies and Terms. Once created they are available in the drop down list for future use. In one print session, print the Sales Summary Report, Escrow Instructions, Commission Demand, HOA Request, Agent Inspection, Buyer and/or Seller Checklists, Document Transmittal and Transaction Checklist for your working folder. All Reports and Tools printed from the Sales contract automatically include the appropriate information entered in the sales contract. The Print to File featue automatically creates a PDF document of your Reports, Forms and Tools for email attachments.
Schedule: The Schedule module provides a full month view of your appointments. Click on any day of the month to display that days appointments in the Day Viewer. Schedule appointments from Prospects, Servicers and Contracts modules and they are automatically entered in the Schedule module. From the Schedule module, navigate directly to the record where the appointment was created. All contract contingencies created in the contracts module are automatically sent to the schedule module and prominently displayed in the upper section of the Day Viewer. Set alarm reminders for appointments in hours and minutes. Print a one day schedule or a selected date range. Print to file to create a PDF doc.
Tools: Never work with outdated checklists again! Easily Add, Edit, Delete and re-order items in checklists. Create Letters and Handouts for your Listing, Sales and Marketing needs. Checklists Include: Agent Inspection - Buyer Checklist - Document Transmittal - Listing Checklist - Seller Checklist and Transaction Checklist. Use the text editing feature in Tools to create and edit Handouts and Letters. Automatically saves all your Handouts and Letters and displays them the Folders pane for easy access. Letters created in the Tools module are available for printing from the Prospects and/or Servicers modules. Send a letter to multiple Prospects in a Farm in one print session from the Prospects module. Send a bulk email to your Farm or Farms, just select and copy the desired letter in the Tools module, select the Email button in the Prospects module, then paste the letter into the comments area of your email program. It's that easy!
System: Accounting: All Income, Fees and Expenses entered in Listing, Sales, Referrals, Other Income and Other Expenses are automatically sent to and updated in the Accounting module. View and/or Print the Summary, Income and Expense and Sales Reports to stay informed of how well your real estate business is performing. At years end print your accounting reports and all your income and expenses are itemized and ready to hand to the accountant for tax filing.
Backup/Restore: The Backup/Restore utility will keep your data safe and transportable, allowing you to sync your data on your home/office or office/notebook computers.
Import/Export: Import or Export your contact data from contact management and other real estate programs into or out of Real Estate Real Easy. We have gone to great lengths to make this Import Export utility functional and easy to use. If you require help during the Import or Export process just select the help button on the program tool bar and content sensitive help opens to the Import or Export page you are currently viewing.
Product: Connect to the Real Estate Real Easy web site right from the program. Register your copy of the program, request Support and check for program Updates.
Help: Some programs provide help with very little help finding the exact subject or phrase you're looking for. We designed the Real Estate Real Easy Help module for ease of use. From anywhere, and on any page in Real Estate Real Easy, just select the tool bar help button. Help opens to an image of the record, Form, Contract, Schedule, Tool or System page currently viewed. Select a section or field on the help image where you need help and help specific to that section or field is displayed. No more searching through help for help, in Real Estate Real Easy it's image mapped and just one or two clicks away.
