Additional Product Information
Developed for the commercial investment real estate professional, planEASe enables financial analysis of income producing properties and cost comparison analysis.
planEASe accepts as many loans, leases, revenues, expenses and capital assets as you want for any analysis. Each can start in any month, end in any month, and grow at any rate, including variable rates. You may project buying in any month (for true calendar year tax results), and forecast as many years as you want, producing the IRR, NPV, and FMRR before financing, and before and after tax.
There are hundreds of absolutely beautiful printed reports and graphs, in full color if you prefer. You may create Web Pages from any and all reports and graphs, then e-mail them to your clients. All reports and graphs are easily copied to the Windows Clipboard and pasted into virtually all Windows word processors, spreadsheets, and/or publishing programs.
Sensitivity Analysis shows how your IRR or NPV changes as you vary any assumption. Monte Carlo Risk Analysis gives you
not only the range of results, but also the probability of the result.
planEASe has been updated and enhanced at least annually
since 1982, and requires Windows 95 / 98 / ME / 2000 / XP.
