ACD/2D NMR Processor allows import of various spectrometer formats and 2D data processing such as Fourier Transform, weighting functions, manual and automated phase correction, baseline correction, calibration, manual and automated peak picking, manual and automated integration. Data can be displayed as intensity or contour plots and peak picking can be used prior to obtaining volume integrals. Obtain the Magnitude spectrum, Power spectrum and apply Symmetrization. View slices and 3D projections. Simultaneously view and manipulate spectrum in 3D. Attach chemical structure and additional data to the spectrum. Attach 1D spectra to the spectrum. Print spectra and create reports using all the power of ACD/ChemSketch. Chemical structures can be directly attached to the spectrum. Autumn 98 release will contain features to allow you to manually assign diagonal and cross-peaks to any atom or portion of chemical structure and create a database of experimental 2D spectra.
