ACD/MS Manager is an easy, intuitive and powerful data processing package and MS data management system. It provides standard MS data processing features such as import/export with JCAMP, HP, or ASCII data format; peak picking; and fragment assignment. Automatic designation of molecular ions and known fragments. Display/print TIC, RI, delta and annotation tables. ACD/MS Manager allows you to create compact data bases with MS experimental spectra easily and quickly. Attach chemical structures and additional data to the spectrum; search by whole spectrum and display the 10 most similar spectra; search by sub-spectrum, spectral parameters, up to 10 m/z values with 0?100% relative intensity and up to 3 neutral losses from molecular ion, chemical structure and sub-structure, formula, formula weight and user data. Intersect results of different searches, merge or subtract them from each other. Using ACD/MS Manager you can print spectra and create reports using all the power of ACD/ChemSketch. Additional DB available: NIST 98 MS DB (107,000 entries).
