Progeny Lab
Progeny Lab is genetic lab management software designed to handle large scale genome-wide studies. Lab can be utilized for both linkage analysis or association studies (both family based studies or case - control analyses). Support is included for both microsatellites and SNPs ranging from targeting regions to high-throughput genotyping studies. Progeny Lab can natively import genotype data from such varied platforms such as ABI, Affymetrix and Illumina. Progeny Lab allows users to store all phenotypic and genotype data in one database, ensuring secure data integrity. Furthermore, Lab incorporates a variety of error checks and has a number of time saving features streamlining the process of gene discovery.
