Additional Product Information

ACD/UV-IR Manager Version 4.5 will be released in March 2000. ACD/UV-IR Manager is designed for processing, viewing, and data base management of experimental UV, visible, infrared, near-infrared and Raman spectra. ACD/UV-IR Manager allows import/export of experimental data in JCAMP, ASCII, Nicolet, Mattson, Perkin Elmer and other raw file formats. Correct baseline automatically or with editable nodes; smooth without edge distortion. Change the visual representation of spectra (zoom, % transmittance or absorbance, molar absorptivity, etc., change units of measurements (cm-1, micrometers, nanometers, points)); determine the peaks, position and height using manual or automatic means; normalize a spectrum along the y-axis, multiply, divide, add, subtract constant to a spectrum. assign peaks to fragments of a structure and obtain the table of assignments. Save the processed spectrum and additional information obtained while processing (molecule, table of peaks, table of assignments, table of annotations), along with structure, user-defined data, and OLE-linked files into ACD format. Search on any field, including spectrum, sub-spectrum, structure, sub-structure, molecular weight, peak position, etc. NEW 4.5 features include a full audit trail for all processing, a new Macro langauge for bulk conversion of databases and for single spectrum processing, a VERIFY structure mode to confirm the spectrum and structure are consistent (IR only). Additional DB available: NIST IR DB (5,000 entries), FDM databases (drugs, inorganics and minerals, polymers, general organics)
