AMI Asset Track is an inventory tracking solution that utilizes
handheld devices, web browsers and auto discovery software
to collect and maintain the most accurate asset inventory
available on the market.
Asset Track can be used as a stand-alone asset management system
or as a data collection front-end to your existing asset repository,
helpdesk or other ITAM software solution.
Inventory
The first logical step of any Asset Management process is
collecting a baseline Inventory. Asset Track
provides barcode-enabled handheld devices that make capturing your
baseline inventory fast and efficient. Data collection can occur
simultaneously at all your locations, with all data being uploaded
to a centralized database, which can be easily accessed or exported
through an intuitive web interface.
Tracking
Once your baseline inventory is collected, you can easily track the lifecycle
of your assets, from procurement to retirement, to maintain
an accurate inventory on an ongoing basis. By tracking the Installs, Moves, Adds,
and Changes (IMAC) of your assets, AMI Asset Track gives you the tools
to keep your baseline inventory complete and accurate, eliminating the need
to perform repetitive baseline inventories and audits.
