Add2Exchange for Calendars is a server-side solution for organizations who need to synchronize calendar items between personal and public folders. During your initial application configuration, you can create synchronous Outlook calendar relationships, such as: from each PRIVATE calendar to one or many PUBLIC calendars; from each PUBLIC calendar to one or many PRIVATE calendars; from each PUBLIC calendar to one or many PUBLIC calendars; from one PRIVATE calendar to one PRIVATE calendars, or many to one. Once the relationships are established, you can create a new appointment in any calendar and it will be duplicated to all "related" calendars. you can also change an existing appointment in any calendar and it will change the duplicated calendar items in all "related" calendars. Add2Exchange for Calendars enhances Outlook's Invite Attendees by tallying those that Accept to the appropriate public calendar(s). Add2Exchange for Calendars is great for resource scheduling as well as vacation scheduling and general calendar organization. No user learning curve involved -- create private or public Outlook calendar appointments as you do now, except to understand how new calendar appointments (public or private) will duplicate to all "related" private and/or public calendars. For MOBILITY considerations, Add2Exchange for Calendars works with any PDA which uses Outlook, Outlook Web Access and OST files. Remember, now public appointments can duplicate to your private calendar, so they can be synchronized to your PDA; and from your PDA to your private, and back to a public calendar; if you configure it accordingly.
