This highly versatile system allows you to create custom photo documents from provided templates or design your own to meet your specific needs. Photographs of employees, students, or members of an entire organization can be quickly captured, stored, and printed. The system works with your existing Pentium(tm) based Personal Computer and Windows based printers. Windows (tm) driven, the system is easy to learn and operate., Identification cards, business cards, loyalty cards, name and address labels, personnel rolodex cards, employee of the month posters, promotion lists, photo phone lists, etc., can all be produced by the system. Documents can include a single photo or multiple photos and barcodes. Use your custom ID cards with Access Control Systems, Time Management Systems, and School Lunch Programs that use industry standard bar codes or encoded magnetic stripes., Security, Security is fully incorporated into IDsPlus allowing the system administrator to define "File Rights" that can be assigned to each user. File Rights define the operations each user can perform., Data Entry, A component of the data entry system is the database definition module. The module allows defining database names, field names and field lengths. The module also allows deleting or adding fields, and, changing field names and field lengths when necessary. Other features include designating field(s)as unique (i.e. one occurrence of an employee number, SSN, etc. in your database) and/or mandatory. Designate a unique field as the image index or use the system default image index. Each record can have up to 99 photos attached. The system supports importing and exporting of delimited ASCII text files. The system provides a direct program interface for the Kodak(r) family of Digital Science(r) digital cameras. IDsPlus supports TWAIN, an industry standard for image capture, for scanners, Kodak DVC-325 USB interface camera, and other digital cameras. Image cropping is supported. Adjust the brightness and contrast for sharper images in the photographs that you produce.
