iGuard is a digital fingerprint reader and a proximity-card reader. Highest reliability, simplicity and biometrics -thanks to its avant-garde capacitive monitor - count among its main features.
When connected to your company LAN, iGuard can communicate via TCP/IP protocol and can thus be administered from anywhere: your office, home and any Internet Connection Point. Multiple terminals can be connected to a single line ( LAN, VPN or WAN).
iGuard collects and sends attendance data via GPRS to a PC within few seconds. The new GPRS model allows applications to be used that could not be used in the past. The use of GPRS technology makes it possible to use iGuard even where connection LAN is impossible. A further, considerable advantage is the possibility to send data via the Internet without changing network parameters, which is often translated into complicated and lengthy procedures.
iGuard is both user and installation-friendly and can be operated via any internet browser and platform (Win, Linux, Mac) through its integrated software.
