Alerts can be sent in ODBC, LDIF,, Lotus Notes, CSV or XML formats; as e-mail, or as, text to a cell phone or pager; or in SNMP format, to network management systems such as CA, UniCenter TNG or Tivoli., Both DirectoryAlert and ServerAlert are easy to, install from a single location even on large, dispersed, networks. And they are non-intrusive. DirectoryAlert, and ServerAlert are event-driven systems. This means, that an event is only triggered and DirectoryAlert, and ServerAlert only take notice when a directory or server event occurs.
