WebCam Looker - an advanced video surveillance program with motion detector. It supports an unlimited number of different video sources including TV-tuners, digital and analog cameras, files and other video capture devices. WebCam Looker has highly optimized motion detection function that can cause carrying out a wide range of alert actions, for example, sending email, Skype message, sms, uploading captured images to the Internet via FTP or HTTP, sound alarm, archiving video and snapshots and others. WebCam Looker application provides continuous, scheduled or activated upon motion detection (or lack of that) video recording. Remote viewing feature allows to access archived or real-time images over mobile phone or Internet. Stealth monitoring, captured images editing and password protection are available as well.
