SpectroRx learns from experience. As an application that furthers the overall intelligence of the SPECTRUM enterprise management platform, SpectroRx offers solutions to current problems based on past case experience. Through its case-based reasoning technology, the application will recall, adapt, and execute episodes of former problem-solving techniques in an attempt to solve the outstanding problem. This process allows SpectroRx to evolve its problem- solving expertise, making it increasingly more refined and robust through each use.;SpectroRx allows administrators to develop "cases" for SPECTRUM alarm situations they encounter, or retrieve a past, similar case that suggests and helps to initiate the proper solution. The "case-base" for SpectroRx is developed "on-the-fly" as your staff begins to resolve alarms, or SpectroRx can build a case for you automatically at the installation.
