Know who is calling before you pick up the phone; see caller id info plus a tailored name and picture. CallClerk can also automatically hang-up on unwanted calls (such as telemarketers / junk faxes). It can also work as an answering machine and allows distinctive greetings to be played and messages to be recorded. It can also work as fax machine as well as a speakerphone with music on hold. It can let you record your telephone conversations. CallClerk can update a web page giving you web access to your list of callers, messages and faxes. It can send e-mail notifications to let you know that you have received a call; e-mails can contain a zipped copy of the message or fax received. Distinctive rings and a computerized voice announce calls. CallClerk can automatically link to an internet based reverse number look up service. Additionally, as calls are received CallClerk can pop-up MS Outlook Contact cards as well as launch other programs passing to them information related to the call. It has a printable directory and history log. You can also use CallClerk to dial a number out of MS Internet Explorer, from the clipboard, a speed dial list, the directory or history log. CallClerk can optionally operate over a network, share your modem and auto detect if it supports caller id.
