Total integration of a TCP/ip computer network and the public;telephone network. With the traditional companies PBX functions;totally taken over by our ITS server. CTIS's ITS server is a WEB;server in a PC enclosure including both hardware and software. The ITS;hardware has multiple connections for both public telephone POTS lines;or T1 digital public telephone company lines. Our ITS software ;performs the following standard CTI company PBX functions, such as,;auto attendent with call transfer, voice messaging, company telephone;directory, etc, etc. Our ITS software receives the incoming telephone;call and routes the call directly to a specific TCP/ip network client;running our Java client PC software we call our "ITS J-Phone". The;"ITS J-Phone" user would log into the ITS server with thier unique;user name and user password, and our "ITS" system would route all;inbound telephone calls, as well as, "ITS" telephone calls from other;"ITS" systems and direct calls other "ITS J-Phone" client users. The;"ITS" system for each company would store the "ITS" telephone numbers;for each companies business "ITS J-Phone" client users. And the "ITS";software for each "ITS" system, would be licensed for the specific;number of "ITS" client extensions purchased by that specific company.;server hardware and software;and the J-Phone Java telephone client PC software.
