LTv1 is a large set of components that work under windows operating systems. It includes a Database Server that will keep your data secure. LTv1 allows your business to track your orders, customers, and employees. It will invoice your customers, pay your employees or subcontractors, and allow you to communicate with your field personnel. LTv1 also has a WebComponent that allows your customers to place and view their orders over the Internet.
The main purpose of LTv1 is to allow you do Dispatch/Assign your orders efficiently and quickly. If your business has field personnel (for example, truck drivers, courier drivers, taxi, technicians, etc.), then LTv1 is for you. Through our Dispatch screens, you can quickly view orders as they come in, and view your personnel's status. If you have a service-oriented business where you schedule orders (services) in advance, then LTv1 is also for you.
If you are still taking orders through the phone, then consider LTv1. LTv1's WebComponents allow your customers to place orders through the Internet, saving you the manpower necessary to answer those incoming calls. LTv1 is the lowest-cost solution that has this capability.
