Route Rite Legend will keep the History of each of your customers accounts, including service & billing addresses, contacts, type of service, frequency of service, special circumstances of the service, products sold or used, pricing and billing. Additionally diagrams, Digital Photos and inspection reports can be stored with the customer’s information. The routing is geographical and automatic. The dispatching will suggest the best spot to put a customer to move the truck the least amount of distance. The verification of jobs completed will allow posting of the work and materials actually used then price and bill them. There is a full complement of relevant reporting. The software is linked to Microsoft Word and Excel, SmartDraw Diagramming from SmartDraw.com, and Exports to Intuits QuickBook for Profit and Loss. The software also links to MapQuest for Online Maps and directions. Route Rite Legend software runs on your Windows 98+ Desktop or on Microsofts XP Tablet PC Version operating system, allowing mobile operation in the field.
