It's commission contract processor is second to none and it interfaces seamlessly with most major accounting systems. The field service module can dispatch customer placed calls to cell phones, faxes and Global Positioning Systems. The inventory module manages the movement of equipment and can be used to synchronize with your accounting system. The CRM module manages your calendar, appointments, site surveys and deal sheets. The sales module has a Point Of Sale component to handle over the counter sales. It's also has a distribution/wholesale invoicing function that makes large volume sales and installation easy. The service module also integrates with the sales module to support service call quoting and billing. Finally, RouteTech's advanced security system provides peace of mind.
