VoiceFacts is a powerful set of voice solutions. Voice broadcasting allows you to automatically send a voice message at a predetermined time to a list of phone numbers. The software can even detect an answering machine, so a message can be left. When used with our FaxFacts Fax-on-Demand software, the caller can use hook flash transfer to the operator or cause a fax to be sent. This Interactive Voice Response component allows callers to have a "conversation" with the computers via touch-tone input. IVR prompts callers in a human voice, accepts telephone keypad(alpha or numeric) as answers, then communicates with a database or host computer system to enter or retrieve information for the caller. It also can store the caller response as used with survies.
