The MARBENTM ASNSDK product line (ASN.1 Software Development Kit) provides a powerful set of ASN.1 tools to speed up and to improve your ASN.1 developments. The MARBENTM ASNSDK fully conforms to ASN.1: 1997 standards with the whole set of ASN.1 encoding/decoding run-times (BER, DER, PER and XER) providing ANSI C++ API. It takes benefit from the powerful features such as extensibility, Information Objects, Parameters, automatic encoding/decoding of open type values.

The MARBENTM ASNSDK has been especially designed to satisfy high-level performance requirements for ASN.1 values encoding/decoding. To save CPU time during the encoding/decoding phase, the ASN.1 compiler only generates the source code required to encode or decode any values described in the input ASN.1 description. All the encoding/decoding run-times are fully re-entrant in order to run on multi-threads system.

Run-times XML Built-in facilities ease and speed up the integration and the validation of your application. The encoding/decoding run-times can produce XML format traces that allow checking the validity of a message, to analyze a decoding problem and to easily get a trace of the decoding value. XML traces format (easily readable with all the fields labeled) can be displayed using common XML browsers and easily processed by defining XSL file to display the information in the way that you want.

The MARBENTM ASNSDK encoding/decoding run-times are provided as source code which can be ported on different operating environments thanks to an easy customization mechanism.
