RetroVue is the new breakthrough debugger for Javsoftwara. With its unique rewind capabilities, RetroVue allows the user to replay any sequence of operations previously executed by their program, increasing their ability to track down and eliminate elusive bugs.
RetroVue can tell you where a given method was invoked, or where a specified variable was modified, by displaying the line of source code from which the operation occurred. If the source code is unavailable, RetroVue can tell you the class and method in which the operation was executed.
RetroVue displays the exact sequence of operations performed
by the program being debugged. You can see instantly when
a particular operation was executed. RetroVue lets you search
backwards (or forwards) to find the most recent (or next) execution of a particular operation of interest. You can even roll back the clock to that exact moment, in order to examine the state of the program as it was at that time.
