Shopping Cart
eComm Store produces a shopping cart for your website in a range of styles and colors. The Shopping cart can be integrated with any web site, and requires no CGI scripts.
A unique feature of the shopping cart is the automatic calculation of insurance, packaging and freight for up to three different delivery methods.
The product database is maintained in a simple, 'Windows Explorer' style interface. As well as standard fields for description, weight, cost etc., each product can have 12 user defined fields.
Products can be grouped into categories, shelves or lists for better presentation of related products.
Templates
The ability to edit templates for each product, is what gives eComm Store unsurpased flexibility. You can either choose to use a default template for all products, and/or create an individual page for each item in your store.
Freight
Calculating Postage and Handling is simple and done automatically by the shopping cart. You can charge a fixed amount per item, per package, a variable amount based on weight and destination, or any combination of these.
To calculate delivery based on weight, all you need to do is enter a table of values, being the cost to ship a range of weights to a given destination. The sort of list provided by most courier companies.
You can automatically calculate special surcharges for bulky items, and include insurance on specific items in your store.
Order Form
With eComm Store, you have full control over the design as well as all the fields in the online order form.
Order Processing
Order administration is handeled by the secure eComm Server. With eComm Store There is a monthly charge for the use of the secure server, this being $15.00 USD.
Orders can be processed either by your own Credit Card Merchant facility, or by arrangement via third party processing agents.
