Version 2.5 of the synaro WebStore provides businesses the components necessary to conduct online commerce including real-time order entry, order inquiry, catalog requests and freight and sales tax calculations. The WebStore provides email confirmations on orders, shipments, FTC and declined credit card notices. Unique functionality included with the WebStore includes custom buying recommendations, history display of prior purchases, online customer service, gift processing and club memberships. WebStore templates are provided with the package, or customers can create their own. Developed in an open architecture environment utilizing Java, the WebStore is an extremely extensible product and can be fully integrated into virtually any back-end system in real-time through the synaro Integrator.
