Additional Product Information
Ease the Workload of the Webmaster;Web Shell can be used to professionally create and maintain any type of Internet or Intranet site including Portal sites or e-Commerce sites. Web Shell provides an easy-to-use Web site content management system which includes a powerful workflow system. ;For a small site, you can choose whether or not to publish each document to prevent work-in-progress from displaying on the Web. For larger sites with multiple content developers, you will find the Approval Process to be very useful. Editor access can be assigned for each document, thus restricting content modification to certain people. ;After a page is created, it is then sent for Approval (and optionally for Proofing). Content creators are free to add to the site and only when an appointed approver has approved the pages will they become visible on the Web. After creating new content Web Shell automatically updates the navigation and it is displayed immediately at your Web site.
