Continuously watch your website's availability and response speed of it's hosting. This little freeware tool checks any URL of your website upon it's availability on the web and sends you a notification Email as soon it becomes unreachable for your clients. The only data you have to enter are an URL of your website, a time interval between 2 availability checks (for instance every 10 minutes), your Email address, the adress of your SMTP server.
Further more, this tool gives you the response times of your web server thru the time. This gives you an idea whether to change your hosting contract. Lowered response times may be caused by a rush of clients visiting your site, problems on the web server, Denial of service attacks (DoS attacks) etc... Anyway, this program gives you an image whether there is any need to enhance the hosting of your site.
