EASY·CONNECT™ is our fully integrated system that "bridges the gap" from the translator to your application software. It is a modular integration system with great flexibility built in. There are modules for purchase orders, invoices, ship notices, factor related documents including invoicing, point of sale, and sending orders for requisitioning goods and many other modules to fit your needs including a suite of tools. We can tailor the system to fit your present needs and add modules as requirements change.
EASY·CONNECT™ generates several value added purchase order and UPC reports, by detail or summary, to help you manage your EDI program. These reports can be sent to production to help in planning/forecasting, and to sales reps so they know their orders were received. Reports can be printed for faxing/mailing and/or printed to disk.
We also have UPC~Premier™, which will build your UPC catalogs on the GE, QRS and SPS network. It provides the capability to manage and control internally generated UPC's. Linking the UPC with its corresponding product description and other data, eliminates order and shipping costs that result from UPC/item discrepancies. It ensures that UPC's are not repeated within the allowable time frame. The database can also be used to generate UPC labels and tickets.
