The software takes the hard work out of the error-prone job of finding and capturing prospects' contact information from the Internet, or copying and pasting into an external table. For a fraction of the cost of building a traditional contact list, PageRaptor lets sales and marketing professionals build prospect lists in Excel (XLS) or Access (CSV) for use in any spreadsheet or database.
PageRaptor performs its data mining tasks quickly and easily, processing more than 10,000 lines of information per hour from some sites. In the US, the software works with YellowPages.com, SuperPages.com (business/people), YellowBook.com (business/people) and WhitePages.com (business/people). In the UK, PageRaptor supports Thomson Local and yell.com/yell.co.uk. It also handles the White Pages and Yellow Pages for Canada and Australia, as well as similar sites in Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Using PageRaptor is a simple four-step process: First, navigate to your favorite online directory and select the list that interests you. Second, click one button to capture the data you need. About the ZoloPages product:
Alfred Zolo developed the concept of ZoloPages in 2004. ZoloPages is an open-architecture data miner for which users (the ZoloMasks community) can create their own extraction templates (the famous ZPG files). The product was made available to friends and family for a couple of years, until thousands of people started using it ... for free!
ZoloPages turned into a full-fledged freeware product in early 2007. The interest became such that it generated massive ad hoc data extraction contracts for Alfred for an extreme variety of web sources. The freeware version of ZoloPages was used by tens of thousands of people, and generated massive interaction between Alfred and his customer base.
About the PageRaptor product:
PageRaptor was born from the demand of those customers for a closed-architecture version of the software which Alfred would maintain himself, instead of leaving the task to happy ZPG-makers around the world.
