Metrology Integrators creates highly scalable software to provide users with little or no metrology experience an easy to use graphical user interface to run inspections on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's). With the new capabilities of shopfloor manufacturing enabled CMM's our flagship software known as The Inspection Toolkit Suite (ITS), which includes InspectIt, JobBuilder, and DMLToolkit will pave the way to provide unskilled users a solution to execute CMM inspections and quickly view and understand the analyzed results. The ITS is unique in that it is built on the premis of leveraging global interoperability standards such as DMIS, I++, and DML to provide a standard and consistant user interface for a myriad of DME I++ enabled Coordinate Measuring Machines. Leveraging these interoperability standards reduces risk and speeds implementation and data integration for downstream data consumption.
Partnered with Siemens and Validation Technologies Inc (www.validation.com) gives us the expert resources to implement and integrate the Inspection Toolkit Suite in companies both large and small.
We have a small company customer service with big company expertise. In fact we have the largest implementation and integration of Siemens Tecnomatix enabled CMM's in the world at GE Aviation in Madisonville, Ky with over 35 CMM's running our software on the shopfloor 24/7.
