InfoQuest Systems provides two products for the medical billing community:
InfoCare is a full-fledged medical practice management software that supports both direct submission of electronic claims, as well as submission through a clearinghouse. InfoCare comes with a flexible patient appointment scheduler that supports overbookings, multiple providers and multiple sites. InfoCare also comes with a host of financial reports.
VisiClaim is the most easy-to-use, yet most affordable medical billing software. By providing an on-screen CMS-1500 form (formerly HCFA-1500), VisiClaim makes data entry simple, fast and intuitive. Claims can be printed or submitted electronically, and even secondaries can be billed and patient statements can be printed. Receivables, aging and productivity can be easily tracked.
InfoQuest was the FIRST to be awarded Medicare's Platinum Vendor status back in 1998, because of our support for the latest electronic standards and our "24-karat" customer service. (Medicare's words, not ours!) InfoQuest was also one of the first to be approved to send production ready HIPAA compliant electronic claims prior to the original HIPAA deadline of October 2002.
