Smart Bear creates tools that make developers and managers more productive through their version control systems. Every software company has some kind of version control system (also called software configuration management or SCM). These systems hold historical information about who changed what, when, and why. This information is very useful but often difficult to access, synthesize, or visualize because it is 'locked up' inside the system.
