The acquisition of GE’s Stelex and VitalPath strengthens Xybion’s presence in life sciences and increases traction in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and GRC target markets. The Amadeus International acquisition brings an integrated GRC and process control solution to Xybion’s product portfolio that strategically positions Xybion as an emerging market player in the expanding GRC marketplace.
