Retail solution comes with 3 modules designed to assist users at strategic, managerial and tactical levels. At strategic level k2’s eHO (Head office) empowers the policy makers with forecasting and demand managing functions along with policy definition and implementation from a central location. Retail outlet specific policies can be defined and implemented from eHO.
At managerial level k2’s eWH (Warehouse) helps the warehouse managers to monitor the performance of the retails outlets attached to them and also performance of their own Warehouse. It records and presents key information viz. Sales at retail outlets, stock and stock movements, receipts and dispatches, transported wise performance etc
ePOS (Point of Sales) is the key module of k2’s Retail solution where all sales data is captured along with day to day transactions. k2’s ePOS application is compatible with major POS machines viz. IBM, Epson, Wincor-Nixdorf etc. Various modes of payments are supported along with cashier level accountability. Also Customer Relationship Management function is supported.
All these modules communicate to each other effectively, connectivity by means of internet / RAS or any other means is supported, and this renders necessary data available at desired locations.
